Banreservas Aeropuerto Gregorio Luperón (Airport code: POP) Airport is the closest to the venue and where you will be staying. It's about a 20min drive. Since festivities start on Friday April 4, 2025, we recommend arriving no later than 3pm so you have time to get settled. Very important: once you book your flight, you need to complete the eticket that is required by the Dominican Republic. Save that QR code to your phone as you'll need it upon entry. A valid passport that has at least 6 months of validity. So check to make sure your passport is valid at least through October 7th, 2025. If your passport is set to expire less than six months after your trip, you could be denied boarding or entry. If you need help getting a new passport, please reach out to Richie or Rana. There are a few options to get your passport quickly. You can use the expedited method and receive it within 2-3 weeks. If you use the urgent method, you can wait to book an appointment within 14 days of flight takeoff. So if you're flying out on April 4th, you can book your in-person appointment at the Department of State on or after March 14, 2025. NOTE: this should be a LAST resort option!! Great Question! Once you've booked your flights, please send your itinerary to either Richie or Rana so we can schedule pickup and dropoff to and from the airport. Also, make sure to RSVP for your accommodation preference.

You'll stay with us! Or suuuper close by at one of the many hotels and villas that we got the hookup for. This is a fun and chill vacation with our friends! No matter what you choose, we have a weekend filled with fun activities and events at our two waterfront villas. Make sure you select your preference when you RSVP so we can ensure you're comfortable. If you want to make your own accommodations, we can help connect you with a property manager that'll give you tons of options in the area (as close to next door or 2 mins away from us!)

We've got you covered. Please send your flight info to Richie or Rana and we'll have a driver waiting to pick you up at the airport. Throughout your time in Puerto Plata, we have a crew of awesome drivers that can take you where you'd like to go.

Check your phone service provider before arriving. There will be wifi in the villa, but we do need to communicate with you once you land. Some providers have the DR covered (i.e. AT&T covers you without an international plan)

The temperature is warm and tropical! For the welcome dinner, this is casual or whatever you are comfortable in. We're keeping it super chill and we may play a game or two... Wedding Day is semi-formal fit for tropical weather. Men: Full suits are optional. Think nice shirts and slacks, light colors to stay cool, Linen, etc. Women: The outdoor area is a combination of concrete and lots of grass. Feel free to dress up in heels, cute sandals, or ditch your shoes completely. We'll be comfortable living together in the villas so loungewear is highly encouraged. We're excited to relax and celebrate love!

Cash for light shopping, gratuities, taxi rides, etc; Bathing Suit - we're throwing a brunch pool party on Sunday, Outfits for Welcome Dinner, Wedding Day, and Brunch Party, Sunscreen, if needed, and anything else for you to be comfortable on your tropical vacation, Bug Repellant (we'll have some but please feel free to bring extra!). And maybe some pool floaties ;)
